Funny Bella

Bella came home from school a little hyper today.

It was spirit day, which evidently at our elementary means that you wear your pajamas. (Thus, the reason why she is wearing her pajamas after coming home from school, in case you were wondering.)

Anyway, I thought this was too silly to not grab a video of. Please watch and learn from Karate Master Isabella.

Happy Birthday Gracie Girl!

Gracie turned 2 on the 18th. She is such a fun and sweet two year old. We had a fun little family party at John's Incredible Pizza for her and she loved it. This is her new cheese for the camera and also showing delight in recieving the Tinkerbell movie as a gift.
She has been really into Pooh Bear lately so I decided to make her a Pooh Bear cake. She loved it and did her best to blow out the candles.

She also got a new little kitchen for her birthday and has been cooking us delightful things ever since. We have to be careful though because she often puts things like her sippy cup of milk and other items that belong in the refridgerator in her fridge. We have found a few surprises.

Gracie was a sweetheart when she was born 2 years ago and she is a sweetheart now. She is happy most of the time and knows exactly how to make us laugh and loves doing it. We love you Gracie and hope you love being 2!

What have we been up to??..........

Sorry I have been off the radar for so long. I hate it when I check peoples posts and there is nothing new for a week let alone months! I have finally done some posts to let you know what we have been up to,...check them out.

A Magical Halloween

This year we had a ton of fun pretending like we were in Magical Disneyland for Halloween. The idea for Alice in Wonderland all started when we were in disneyland this last May and Bryan got himself a Madhatter hat. We had the hat and then I took on the task of making everything else....YIKES! It took about 6 solid weeks of sewing, a lot of late nights, a lot of crappy dinners, a lot of TV and movies for the kids, a lot of patience, and a lot of money.

We were so happy that we got to wear the costumes to 2 trunk or treats, a school Harvest Festival, and Bella got to wear hers to gymnastics class. We had so much fun decorating our trunk like a tea party and playing the Alice in Wonderland music in the background. The kids were going from car to car getting a little spooked by certain Halloween themes and then start smiling as they came to our car and heard the music and felt a little piece of Disney magic.

It was a lot of work but totally worth it. We love going all out for Halloween and we defintiely had a lot of fun this year.

Apple Hill

We had a fun day at Apple Hill this year with cousins, aunts, and uncles. It was a very crowded saturday afternoon but we fit in all the essentials:
-fudge
-apple dumpling
-pumpkin pie
-apple pie
-fresh apples for home
-frozen apple pie for home
I think those are the real important reasons for going. We let the kids do some running around and posing for pictures, but that was all secondary to the goodies!

What a bunch of funny kids!

I'm retarded

As you have probably guessed by now I am trying to get caught up on everything that has been going on the last little while. I am having some major blogging problems though. I can't figure out how to put my pictures where I want them. On all my previous posts I either got lucky and they showed up how I wanted or I fought with the pictures on the post forever. I do not have forever to play around with the pictures right now, so I am sorry for the dumb straight lines of pictures. Please let me know how to arrange my pictures cute around my words instead of retarded looking!

Gold Rush Days in Sacramento

We heard about this last year and decided not to miss it this year.
Downtown Sacramento covered its streets with dirt and there were horses and buggies all over. People wore clothing like they
would have during gold rush days and there were all kinds of vendors and neat things to see. The girls liked trying on bonnets and of coarse wanted a pony ride. Gracie was ok at first and then slowly decided she was not so into the pony.

A Nice Evening at the Temple

We are so lucky to live so close to a temple. There is a beautiful park next to it and this happened to be a beautiful day. We decided to enjoy the nice night with the girls near the temple and we took a few pictures while we were there. They did some pretty good posing. I sure do love those sweet little faces.
